Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with programming capabilities to operate CNC Turning Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to manufacture high-precision parts.
✅ Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
✅ Overtime available on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (G-code/M-code)
Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers
Perform high-tolerance machining using GD&T and in-process inspection
Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers
Meet production timelines and maintain quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Keep accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
Must be capable of programming CNC machines (G-code/M-code) – ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot programs
Graduate of a technical school, apprenticeship program, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and trigonometry
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency with precision inspection tools
Must have own basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
Must pass a drug test prior to employment
